03 Lawful Bases for Processing

Under UK data protection law we must have a lawful basis for collecting and using your personal information. The lawful bases we rely on are:

Contract

We collect or use information to enter into or carry out a contract with you — specifically your membership subscription. All data protection rights apply except the right to object.

Legal obligation

We collect or use information to comply with the law. All rights apply except the right to erasure, the right to object and the right to data portability.

Legitimate interests

We collect or use information because it benefits you or us without causing undue risk of harm. Our legitimate interests are: operating and improving the service, preventing fraud and abuse, communicating important service changes to members, and maintaining the security and integrity of the platform. All rights apply except the right to portability.

Consent

Where we rely on consent — for example for handling specific queries or complaints — you have the right to withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact us at the email address above. All rights apply.

You can find more information on lawful bases on the ICO's website.

04 Where We Get Your Information From

We collect information directly from you — when you sign up for membership via mymembers.io, when you make a payment via Stripe, or when you contact us directly by email or via X.

We do not purchase, rent or otherwise obtain personal data from third-party data brokers or marketing lists.

05 How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Email enquiries: Retained for 12 months from the date of resolution, then securely deleted.
  • Membership data: Held by mymembers.io for the duration of your membership and thereafter in accordance with mymembers.io's own data retention policy and any applicable legal obligations.
  • Payment data: Held by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policy. UK financial regulations require financial records to be retained for up to 7 years.
  • Website analytics: Cloudflare processes anonymised, aggregated traffic data at server level. No personal data is stored on your device for this purpose. Cloudflare retains this data in accordance with their privacy policy.
  • Legal or fraud records: Retained for as long as required by applicable law or ongoing legal proceedings.

06 Who We Share Your Information With

Data processors

We use the following data processors to provide our service. They act on our instruction and are bound by their own data protection obligations:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe provides financial infrastructure for the internet. Stripe operates as both a data controller and data processor depending on the activity. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • mymembers.io — membership management, subscription billing and access control. See mymembers.io's privacy policy for details of how they handle your data.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, security and server-level analytics. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

We will never

  • Sell your personal data to any third party
  • Share your personal data for marketing or commercial purposes
  • Trade or exchange your personal data with any other organisation
  • Use your personal data for any purpose other than providing the service you signed up for

We may disclose data only in these circumstances

  • Legal obligation: Where required by law, court order or a lawful request from a regulatory authority, financial or fraud investigation authority, or law enforcement in the United Kingdom.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a sale or transfer of the business. You would be notified in advance and your rights would be protected.

07 Your Data Protection Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights. You can find more information on each right on the ICO's website.

  • Right of access — you can request copies of your personal data and information about how it is used.
  • Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct or complete inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your personal data where it is no longer necessary.
  • Right to restriction of processing — you can ask us to limit how we use your data.
  • Right to object to processing — you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to data portability — you can ask us to transfer your data to another organisation or directly to you.
  • Right to withdraw consent — where consent is our lawful basis, you can withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address above. We will respond within one month. There is no charge for making a request.

08 Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. logicmatch.io uses the absolute minimum number of cookies necessary to operate.

Cookies we use

  • Cloudflare security cookies — set automatically by Cloudflare (our hosting provider) for DDoS protection and security. These are strictly necessary for the website to function and cannot be disabled. They do not track you for advertising or analytics purposes. Examples: __cf_bm, cf_clearance. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
  • Cookie notice preference — a single cookie we set to remember that you have acknowledged this notice. It contains no personal data and expires after 12 months.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which operates entirely at server level. It collects anonymised, aggregated data about traffic (page views, general location by country, device type) without setting any cookies and without storing any personal data on your device. No individual user is identified or profiled. This is fundamentally different from tools like Google Analytics — there is no tracking script on this website.

What we do not use

  • Analytics or tracking cookies
  • Marketing or advertising cookies
  • Social media tracking pixels
  • Any cookies that identify or profile individual users

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which may log your IP address in their server logs. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google's Privacy Policy.

You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling Cloudflare's security cookies may prevent you from accessing this website.
